At Indulge Aesthetics, we want everyone to be in love with the service that they recieved. If for any reason you are unhappy with your treatment, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours. We will strive to do everything we can to remedy the situation, and may ask you to come back in for a retreatment, or schedule a complimentary treatment in the future.

Please arrive on time to your appointment, or up to 5 minutes early. When you arrive, please message Indulge Aesthetics, and we will let you know when we are ready for you.
Because we are a boutique salon located within a private residence, we ask that you not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you are a minor and need to have you parent or guardian present, please contact us before booking your appointment.
There are tools and sharp instruments such as scissors that we use to provide services. Because of this, we ask that you do not bring your children with you to your appointment.
We are dedicated to our clients and their needs, however last-minute cancellations and no-shows to appointments greatly affect our business.
We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us as we are a small business and our other clients are often on awaiting list. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it, this enables us to make sure other clients don't miss out on potential appointments.
If you have paid a deposit, your deposit will apply to your new appointment if you reschedule, or refunded if you cancel provided that you have given at least 24 hours' notice. If you have cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited, or you may be assessed a late cancellation fee if no deposit was collected.
Please note that if you do not call and do not show up to your appointment, you will be responsible for a charge equal to the amount of services booked. If you no-show twice, you will be blocked from booking any further appointment in the future, unless pre-paid in full.
Our service technicians may collect information regarding your health that is relevant to your treatment. This can include information regarding allergies, or previous reactions experienced. While an allergic reaction can form at any time, regardless of your history, it is imperative that you are open and honest with your technician in order to avoid negative outcomes. Indulge Aesthetics uses hypoallergenic products and materials where possible to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction.
If you think you are having an allergic reaction to any of the products used, please contact your health provider immediately. If deemed safe, we can schedule a removal of your lashes, if you are having a reaction to the glue. Please note that once you have an adverse reaction to a treatment, it is likely that you will experience that reaction again, possibly with greater intensity, the next time you receive the same treatment.
We do not accept any liability for adverse reactions that occur as a result of dishonesty by the client in regard to their health history.
Our staff has the right to refuse service to anyone, at any point before or during the service if they are behaving inappropriately, are intoxicated, or are threatening the staff in any way. If you are refused service, you will still be responsible for the full amount of your treatment.
