Indulge Aesthetics supplies was born from years' of experience, trial and error, and a frustration with products that didn't live up their promises. From tweezers that didn't grip or fan, to pre-mades and pro-mades that would fall apart when you tried to pick them up, Indulge Aesthetic Supplies set out to solve the most common issues lash artists face in their career.

We have developed our products from the highest quality materials, and have hand tested our tools to ensure that you only receive the best. Our products will save you time on your lash sets and save you money by reducing waste.

Orders

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been packaged or shipped out already, it can not be modified.

Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Domestic shipping is provided by Australia Post.
International Shipping is provided by Australia Post, in conjuction with your country's mail delivery service.

Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days. Once it has been shipped, tracking information will be provided with an estimated delivery date.

Please note that at times when postal services receive a high volume of packages (Christmas) the shipping time may be slower.
If you need your package as soon as possible, choose express shipping at checkout.

If you are ordering internationally, customs inspections can sometimes cause a delay, please order enough in advance to account for this.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated arrival date, and has not had any tracking updates for over 48 hours, please get in touch with us through the contact form below.

We will need to reach out to the postal service that has your package and open an investigation. This can take up to 30 days for the postal service to complete. If the package has been confirmed as lost, we will send out a new package as soon as possible.

If you think an item was left out of your order, please first check your invoice to ensure that it was purchased. If it was, please contact us below to organise complimentary expedited shipment of that item, or a refund of the item cost.

Returns and Exchanges

We do!

In order for an item to be returned, it must be in it's original packaging, unopened. You will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to organise a return. Please note that due to the nature of health and beauty products, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been opened.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible after receiving your order to organise an exchange of your item.
We may require that the item be shipped back to us before we can process the exchange.
